基于化工企业特点,建立了比较合理的安全评价指标结构,并构建了以遗传神经网络为基础的评价模型。通过建立训练样本,确定BP神经网络的网络结构,运用遗传算法(GA )去优化BP网络的初始权值和阈值,再把优化之后的权值和阈值赋给BP神经网络,然后对其进行训练,训练完毕后将所建立的模型通过实例评价进行了验证,结果表明此模型在化工企业安全评价中具有较好的应用价值。  相似文献

受采动应力和水-岩耦合作用,松散含水层下薄基岩煤层采场易发生出水压架致灾事故,而巷采充填方法是解决此类问题的有效途径之一。为了研究巷道充填后上覆岩层的运移规律,首先采用流变仪对充填岩体进行了流变力学试验,其次采用FLAC模拟软件建立了巷采充填的数值计算模型,分析了充填开采时煤柱与充填体的应力、位移变化规律及基岩面的运移规律。研究表明:破碎岩体的压实过程由三部分组成:颗粒的重排、颗粒的破碎和孔隙的填充、颗粒的压缩变形;蠕变状态下,当时间t≥1天,轴向位移基本趋于稳定,破碎岩体达到了一定的强度;随着充填体变形模量的增加,充填体能够有效抑制高位承载岩层的下沉量,从而减小工作面发生压架突水灾害的几率  相似文献

为了解决主要通风机在测风量过程中在线实时监测等问题,建立了以无线传输技术为基础的三层传输系统框架,并将改进的数据融合算法引入到风量值数据处理当中,通过选取阙值区间利用二次曲线函数来消除阙值点处相互支持的模糊性,取得最优融合传感器组,并对实测数据进行抗干扰实验分析。实验结果表明,无线传输方式有利于风量数据的在线实时监测;改进的数据融合算法能及时有效地消除传感器的测量偏差、提高风量数据的测量精确度。研究结果对煤矿主要通风机风量在线远程监测具一定的理论价值和实用意义。  相似文献

针对矿井通风网络图分支交叉的问题,基于最长路径对网络图节点分层,以遗传算法优化节点排序,主要采用堆积木的组合思想来进行层间交叉与层内交叉操作,提高层次图的质量(减少分支交叉数),并以重心定位启发式算法来增强遗传算法的局部搜索能力,提高遗传算法的搜索质量。最后,以改进的最长路径并联通路法绘制出较优的通风网络图。  相似文献

为确定某矿的矸石充填开采过程中最优充填材料配比和最佳的矸石充填量。设计了一种新型的矸石压缩模具,应用该模具和YE-200A液压试验机对十种不同粒径配比的矸石进行压缩试验,得出均匀配比的矸石为最优充填配比。采用最小二乘法拟合的数学模型,确定了均匀配比矸石充填材料与压力的变化规律。最后推出了均匀配比的矸石充填高度与采厚、顶板允许下沉量及顶板压力的函数关系。  相似文献

论文以47个地级资源型城市为研究对象,利用2003-2009年的面板数据,运用环境库兹涅茨曲线(EKC)模型,以工业烟尘、工业废水和工业SO2为例对其环境污染与经济增长的关系进行了实证研究。结果表明:资源类型影响资源型城市EKC的形状与转折点,同种污染物在不同资源型城市的曲线不完全相同,转折点在污染较重的资源型城市及人均GDP较低的资源型城市出现更早;资源型城市的EKC与全国的EKC不完全相同,相同的曲线下资源型城市的转折点出现更早。基于此,论文提出资源型城市应积极进行环境治理、实施绿色转型、大力发展循环经济、扩大实施总量控制的污染物范围,以促进这些城市的可持续发展。  相似文献

Existing studies on the economic impact of wildfire smoke have focused on single fire events or entire seasons without considering the marginal effect of daily fire progression on downwind communities. Neither approach allows for an examination of the impact of even the most basic fire attributes, such as distance and fuel type, on air quality and health outcomes. Improved knowledge of these effects can provide important guidance for efficient wildfire management strategies. This study aims to bridge this gap using detailed information on 24 large-scale wildfires that sent smoke plumes to the Reno/Sparks area of Northern Nevada over a 4-year period. We relate the daily acreage burned by these fires to daily data on air pollutants and local hospital admissions. Using information on medical expenses, we compute the per-acre health cost of wildfires of different attributes. We find that patient counts can be causally linked to fires as far as 200–300 miles from the impact area. As expected, the marginal impact per acre burned generally diminishes with distance and for fires with lighter fuel loads. Our results also highlight the importance of allowing for temporal lags between fire occurrence and pollutant levels.  相似文献

Fish at the top of the food chain bioaccumulate and biomagnify toxic metals including mercury (Hg), at a higher rate than nonpredatory fish. However, although some top predator fish species are important in the human diet, the risks for consumers in Mexico are difficult to evaluate due to the scarce baseline information available. In the present article, data on the total mercury (THg) concentrations found in edible tissues of different species of sharks, rays, large pelagic fishes and groupers from the Gulf of California are presented and compared with national and international health guidelines. During 2003 and 2004, 73 shark dorsal tissue samples, 52 ray samples, 66 large pelagic fish samples and 16 grouper samples were collected at different sites along the Gulf of California. Samples were digested in a microwave system and analyzed by cold vapor atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Thirty samples (14%) showed concentrations of Hg above the national statutory limit of 1?mg?kg?1, from which 25 samples were sharks and 3 were large pelagic fishes. A positive correlation was found between the natural log of THg [ln(THg)] and total length (TL cm) in species of sharks, rays and groupers. The Teacapán estuary in Sinaloa was detected as a possible source of Hg into the Gulf of California due to historic mining in the watershed. Mean Hg concentrations exceeded the regulatory limit of 1?mg?kg?1 in the following highly commercial shark species: smooth hammerhead, pelagic thrasher, pacific sharpnose shark, dusky shark, scalloped hammerhead, and whitenose shark, in that order. It is recommended that preventive food advisories be issued with respect to these species until further investigations are conducted.  相似文献

Understanding the extent to which people are being exposed to environmental contaminants helps to identify those populations which may be disproportionately exposed to the contaminants of potential public health concern. This study represents the first report of a comparison of heavy metal arsenic (As), mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd), cobalt (Co), copper (Cu), lead (Pb), platinum (Pt), zinc (Zn), and manganese (Mn) concentrations in the blood of residents of mining and non-mining communities in Ghana. Blood sampling, health records, and interviews were used in this study to establish the links between the levels of contaminants and health effects in humans within a mining and non-mining community in Ghana. Results of this study show that mean concentration of As in blood in Tarkwa Nsuaem Municipality/Prestea-Huni Valley District (TNMA/PHVD) (mining communities) and Cape Coast Metropolis (CCMA) (non-mining community) was 18- and 2-fold higher, respectively, than the WHO guideline value of 0.002?mg?L?1. The mean concentrations of As, Cd, Pb, Hg, and Mn were elevated up to 20-fold higher in the blood of resident adults and children in TNMA/PHVD than in CCMA. The risk of acute respiratory infections in the exposed populations of TNMA and PHVD were approximately 41- and 12-fold greater than the unexposed group. The risk of diabetes mellitus in the exposed populations of TNMA and PHVD were also approximately 20- and 4-fold higher than the unexposed group. In TNMA and PHVD, 40 blood donors were suffering from hyperkeratosis or pigmentation unlike their CCMA counterparts. Data suggest a potential association between mining activities and the levels of these heavy metals. However, the proportion of anthropogenic contribution to the levels of these metals in the blood remains uncertain. This uncertainty seems to be the umbrella under which both government and mining companies continue to hide, leading to inaction.  相似文献

The present study describes a chemometrical interpretation of a large data set from pot water quality control results. Sixteen chemical and physicochemical parameters constantly checked throughout the year were involved in the classification procedure. The data originate from seventeen sampling stations (pot water sources and pot water purification stations) and were collected in the period January ‐December 1993. Mean values for two months periods were introduced to the chemometrical procedure, so finally a data set 101x16 was formed. Additionally, quality control requirements of the European Union for pot water were added to the set to form an information input matrix of 103x16 elements. Hierarchical and non‐hierarchical clustering procedures were applied in order to reveal the internal structure of the data set. Some interesting conclusions like special water quality of lake Mornos, possibility of quality monitoring with lesser number of components etc., concerning the quality and stability of the pot water sources and quality characteristics of the samples are made.  相似文献
